The 7000 square foot lodge was constructed in 2008 and offers amenities that are second to none. The lodge has 8 bedrooms off of the back porch facing into the courtyard. Two of these lodge rooms have two twin beds and handicapped accessible bathrooms. The other six lodge bedrooms have queen size beds each with a private bathroom.

Both the Murphy House and the Lodge have all been professionally decorated to ensure that guests are as comfortable as possible.

The lodge itself has a large dining and living room with comfortable seating around a huge fireplace on one end and dining on the other. Food is served family style on custom made heart pine tables. The commercial kitchen is a caterer’s delight, but hunters enjoy country fare cooked by Sundown’s own kitchen staff.

The Murphy House - $500 plus tax

The Murphy House was built in 1914 and was moved to Sundown Farms Plantation and restored
in 2008. The Murphy House has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a living room. Two of the rooms
in the Murphy House have a king size bed and the other two rooms have two queen size beds.

Customers staying at Sundown Farms Plantation are also allowed use of our lodge for

dining and as a gathering hall for lounging.

Sundown Farms Plantation also offer home cooked meals. Please give advanced notice if
you would like a meal.

Prices do not include 8% Georgia sales tax.

Off Site Lodging

We have more lodging just one mile from Sundown Farms. Our four bedroom two bath house sleeps ten and rents for $400 per night plus tax. We also have the The Manor which has four queen bedrooms each with their own bath. Rooms at The Manor rent for $125 each plus tax per night.
